Snickerdoodles

½ Cup Butter

½ Cup Shortening

1 ½ Cups White Sugar

2 Eggs

2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 ¾ Cups Flour

2 Tsp. Cream of Tarter

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

¼ Tsp. Salt

Roll round balls of dough into mixture of cinnamon and sugar.  Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
